Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, a private company wholly-owned by the Financial Secretary Incorporated of the Government of HKSAR to operate and manage the Cyberport, is now inviting high caliber candidates to join our management team.

 

         

1. Executive Assistant to CEO

- Ref: EA/CEO - 0310

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

u     To provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and, when necessary, the COO or any assigned senior management team.

u     To maintain an up-to-date appointment and meeting diary, to arrange and prepare for daily meetings and monthly Board/Excom meetings, official functions and social engagements as well as booking transport for the senior management team.

u     To follow up the monthly reports with the management teams, to control and update the movement of files and documents.

 

Requirements:

 

u     University graduate with Secretarial Studies and Management Studies or equivalent. 

u     Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience for senior or top management.

u     Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

u     Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese Word Processing.

u     Good communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable and independent.

u     Mature, detail-minded, self-motivated and well organized.

u     Ability to work under pressure and heavy workload in a dynamic environment, and can complete task within deadline.

 

 

2. Business Development Manager

(IncuTrain Centre)

- Ref: BDM / ICTC - 0210

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

u     Report to Centre Manager.

u     Design and steer PR campaigns for the Centre and its incubated companies to build up cases of success.

u     Promote and publicize IncuTrain as a word-class incubator of innovative start-up businesses in digital entertainment and digital media.

u     Plan and deploy resources in a strategic and timely fashion.

u     Prepare marketing and business plans, and execute with good interpersonal skills.

u     Advise incubated companies on their business development and identify strategies for improvement.

u     Develop synergy among incubated companies.

u     Network with local and overseas partners, trade organizations and incubation platforms to drive the Centre to success.

u     Support and contribute to the training activities of Digital Entertainment Academy.

 

Requirements:

 

u     Educated at degree level or above in Information Technology, Science and Technology, Multimedia, or Business Management; MBA desirable.

u     Minimum 5 years’ experience in creative commercial sector with a good network of contacts.

u     Solid experience in managing marketing and publicity campaigns and events.

u     Proven track-record of successfully developing new businesses.

u     First-hand experience in managing business support programmes to early-stage success.

u     Clear understanding of the trends of creative sector and the working culture of digital entertainment.

u     Some knowledge of funding systems and proposal preparation.

 

 

 

3. Senior Manager (Facilities Management)

- Ref: SFM/0110

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

u     Actively monitor all aspects of facilities management to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, and ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective facilities systems and management in accordance with the company's requirements.

u     Manage and supervise outsourced service providers including those of maintenance, technical service, security, customer service and cleaning service, and ensure that their performance and deliverables will meet the contractual obligations and expectation of Cyberport.

u     Plan, analyse and monitor of relevant budget.

u     Other ad hoc assignments / projects.

 

Requirements:

 

u     Degree and recognised relevant professional qualifications in facilities management, ideally MRICS or similar in engineering, architecture, building survey, property management or related discipline.

u     Minimum 12 years relevant working experience or on behalf of a Developer, Owner or service provider.

u     Solid international-standard experience in facilities management of Grade A office, with international experience a plus.

u     Knowledge and experience with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System is an advantage.

u     Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese.

u     Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated.

u     Pro-active personality with strong leadership qualities and strong problem solving skills.

u     Good business acumen and entrepreneurial skill with extensive industry knowledge and contacts.

u     Able to work under pressure and heavy workload in a sophisticated environment and deadline driven environment.
