Account Clerk - Finance & Governance (1-year contract) (Ref# ACFG-115-221006W)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling accounting duties (including bookkeeping, prepare schedules and accounting ledgers, etc) for various projects and provide administrative support, including data migration works for management dashboard system which we expect to roll-out by the end of 2022.
  • Facilitate payments (including checking supporting documents, preparing cheque/e-transfer)
  • Handle daily AP data input and filing

Key Responsibilities

  • Being a business partner of Public Mission teams and assisting in system development, including provide accounting & financial advice to several public mission teams, especially the Smart Living Cluster

Senior Programme Executive - FinTech Cluster (Ref# SPEFT-097-221003W)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and involve in projects involving latest fintech trends and applications. e.g. CBDC, DeFi, NFT, ESG, Green Finance, RegTech, etc.
  • Being a focal point and working closely with Fintechs founders and stakeholders within the startup ecosystem including government agencies, regulators, associations, other incubators and accelerators ad universities.

The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting the Programmes of the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Team.  Major tasks included:

Programme Development

  • Assist to update Programme policies and procedures

  • Handle daily AP data input and filing

Requirements

  • Holder of LCCI Level II or Diploma
  • 0-2 years’ accounting experience is preferred

  • Develop Strategy and initiate programs that support the development of focus fintech area such as digital asset and ESG

Requirements

  • Degree or above
  • Master Degree will be preferred

  • Experience in digital tech or related sector with a good network of contracts
  • Well-connected and close follower of industry development and trends
  • Experience in negotiating and partnering with government, digital tech associations, academic institutions and business enterprises
  • Hands-on experience in capital market and digital asset ecosystem
